Question about Air Conditioners
It's very possible that you only have half the electricity needed the lights will come with 110v but not the oven so check to make sure you have 220v's also there may be a inline fuse that may be blown but you have to do some searching to find it probably behind the panel on the back side of the oven kill power before looking

The ignitor is not working right and is going bad....
have the repair man replace the ignitor, or DIY....
