i dont want to blown around bacteria in my bad room, is there any way to prevent it?

I have the same problem.

To prevent bacteria and dust from collecting in your humidifier and then being blown around the room, clean the water reservoir and fan monthly.

The mold and bacteria blogs say to clean your vaporizer daily with soap & water and to use distilled water.

Check out the "Protec" brand ball thing. It'll keep the tank clean, continuously, and you won't have to deal with a bleach solution or any other messy cleaner.
