Question about Computers & Internet
Bought it about a year ago... when i pinch the laptop on the left side it works fine but when i release it the computer freezes. when i pinch the left side again it works... maybe a loose connection to the CPU or CPU cooling unit??? how do i claim warranty on this
First you can check the warranty of the notebook and you can visit the brands website and im sure they will provide you all the information that you need if or call there technical support department they will assist you. if there are hardware problems and your notebook is still under warranty, you don't need to worry anything they will change or repair for no cost. (they should be).. i hope this will help you resolve the issue.
