MY NW-A1200 MP3 FREEZES AT DISPLAY MESSAGE 'GOOD MUSIC,GOOD DAY'

I HAVE WALKMAN NW-S603 AND CANT OPEN TO MUSIC AND EVERYTHING ALWAYS IT'S WRITE ME "NO DATA" PLEASE CAN SOMEONE TO HELP ?

MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format. You need to convert your CDs to mp3 music files onto yourcomputer or download them from the Internet and then copy them to your MP3player.
You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player willcreate a MP3 music file for each music track.

Reformat it using a computer, probable cause disk error. If the problem is persist try to contact service center.

This is VERY common in the NWA1200. Don't even bother with Sony, I've tryed its a dead end, but you can still get it fixed. I'm pretty sure FixYa don't allow advertising so please get in contact if you want it fixed: [email protected]

How did you reformat it in the first place???

Sounds like hard drive expired!

As far as I know it's unfixable. There may be a website online with a guide to open it up and have a look yourself, but for the most part its not mendable, unless you let Sony do it for £75

i second that, i've been through two 1200s, after dropping them i had the same problem. I dont think its fixable sadly
