Question about Marantz Audio Players & Recorders
I want to fix the power button on my marantz 2230 stereo receiver. It doesn't stay in. This happens every few years. I guess there is some spring or something that wears out. thanks

do the basic test
-first connect the RCA cable into the auxiliary input power on the receiver
-connect the speakers to the speaker output of the receiver.
-set the volume into the maximum level
-touch the RCA cable input with your hand you should hear a loud humming sound when you touch the RCA plug.
-if no sound is heard the reciever is defective or you had connected it to the wrong terminal check your connection..
