I was downloading then it just says theres been a problem...etc. so its stuck on Transferring Files DO NOT DISCONNEct what do i do?
I had a problem with the Mp3, He was hangup while charging the battery from the USB, I disconnected the USB but It still continuated with the screen charging even if this was disconnected, and I couldn`t hear nothing, so I decided to look in the faq of Samsung, It is Ussless like most of the official pages, how to plug, how to listem the music, but nothing nothing information about how to manage my problem,. So I decided to look in google, and the solutioin was here, press the rec button and the menu button at same time, and magicaly the device was unbloqued. Thanks a lot swamped69 for the solution

I want to download the upgrade firmware from the samsung official site. The samsung download center has upgrade from firmware version 1.67 - 1.68.My question: is it possible to upgrade my player's firmware which is 1.27 to 1.68 and not create any problems? Thank you
Hey I was stressed all day until I found this site my samsung was locked on "fully charged" on mode the menu/rec fixed the problem. Myfirend locked up right after he bought it and best buy took it back wait till I tell the fix .

I was on the bus to work and my samusung froze. Got to worked and googled for a solutions. Thanks for the menu/record solution I was worried for a minute!!!!!

I followed the suggestion and it worked, but now I can't load any new music to it. My computer and the mp3 player are not recognizing each other. If they do, I get the same error and have to reset it. Any suggestions?

If nothing has changed by now, I would disconnect it. Then, DONT PLAY THE DOWNLOADED FILE! Re-copy it on your ypt9 and see if it works. If it doesn't, its either because of your computer, your mp3 player, or the file itself. Try downloading the same file from a different computer, and try to downlad a different file from the same computer. Then, try downloading a different file from a different computer. I hope this helps!

there is a troubleshoot.. i don't knwo it but my sister lloked it up and found it once.. you liek press the little red button and the power for fours seconds and it should be good again. you wont loose song already on there

My daughter was listening to her Samsung YP-T9 when the screen suddenly just went dark. It still played music for a few minutes and then that wouldn't work either. I charged it up, but that wasn't the problem. I tried the suggestion of pressing the menu and record button simultaneously and voila! we are up and running again!! Thanks a million to whoever figured this out and WHY isn't it in the booklet that Samsung provides???
My Samsung froze. it freezes when I connected to my labtop. I believe its a currupted file on the mp3. I tried to delete the files by right clicking it to chose format but will not delete my fies. HI, my mp3 gets stuck every time i try to turn it on... it shows a "samsung" pic for a few seconds and then it stucks... im able to turn it off by pressing rec&menu but I can play my files neither see the menu... please help me :/
