Question about HP PSC 1210 All-In-One InkJet Printer
PSC 2210 - error message reads "The function you have requested cannot be preformed because another program already has control of the device. . . "
I assume the problem is related to the fact that I'm hooked up to 2 HP printers at work (2210 is home printer/scanner) and while using the same laptop, these programs/software/drivers are conflicting with each other. Is there any solution?
I've already taken the other two printers offline, uninstalled and reinstalled the 2210 software and done the same from the software from the HP website. I
Please do the following
1. Go to Control Pannel then sellect Add/Remove Programs and uninstall all HP Software.
2. Disconnect all Prinetrs
3. Go to Control Pannel then sellect Printers and Faxes make sure there is no Printers in there if there is delete them
4. Install Psc 2210 software and follow instructions on when to connect printer.
