Question about HP JBL Platinum Computer Speakers
I took my computer to have it cleaned. I had removed the speakers that were fixed on each side of the monitor. I haven't been able to get the sound to work after that. The sound was great before I took the computer to have it cleaned. I tried everything to troubleshoot this problem, but to no avail.. If there is anyone out there who can help me with this proble, I would truly appreciate. Thank you!
As far as I know the speakers itself don't need drivers. I use em myself for years. The problem could be 2 things, 1: is the power still plugged into the speakers (from the monitor)(check both sides). 2: if you where removing any files from your computer it might be possible that you removed some drivers that came with your mainboard or audiocard.
