Question about Car Audio & Video
Installing it in a 92 protege and i was wondering what wires are necessary to hook up? the wires in question are a 15a fuse connected wire, and a 3a fuse connected wire.

there shold be a "hot at all times" wire in the dash where the old deck came out of, that is what you want to wire them too.

You will definitely need to connect the Yellow Wire Memory Back-Up Lead, since this is the connection from the radio to the battery that stores the time and your presets. If it is not hooked up, you can use the radio, but all your settings will return to default once you turn off the car. The Yellow Wire Bus Power Lead sounds like it would be for powering an auxiliary unit like a Sat Radio or HD Radio add-on. You will not need to connect this unless you have an add-on such as one of these.
