Question about Logitech Cordless Mouse
This mouse has worked for months. just stopped. Bought another one at the store & it won't work either. Is there an XP update that could make this happen?
First of all, make sure you test the new mouse in a different USB-port then the old one, this can sometimes force windows to "reinitialize" communications with the mouse.
If this does not work try something of the following:
If you have the Logitech SetPoint software installed:
1)Remove it. *
2)Install it again
