Good Day, jake1;

This TV is not known for this problem, but when TV has blue screen, it normally means the TV is lacking a signal. Ensure you have that.

Do you get OSD, on screen display? Try different inputs such as DVD. What happens?

Let me know, big IRISH.

TCL Blue Screen "No Media"

I HAVE FOUND THE ANSWER!!!! I just bought an TCL TV last night and was given the wrong remote. Screen was stuck on "no media" screen BUT I noticed that when I turn the tv on and keep pressing the menu button, the menu screen would pop up for a half second before the no media screen popped up again. So I knew it was able to access it. SO, it took a few try's and with no exact method I turned the tv on, waited til I saw the TCL logo and then simultaneously pressed the menu and channel up button repeatedly. It will open the menu for you and allow you to move between the input channels!!!! It WILL take a few tries to catch it but it worked!!! Your welcome!!!!

I am not getting picture on my TV it stic on only one channel we are chengiong channel but same sound is comming also we are getting a blue coloured K on right hand side of TV

That blue K means you are in the service mode. Unplug your set and wait 30 seconds. Then at the same time you plug it back in, you need to be holding the volume down button and the input button.
The TV should turn back and the blue K should turn pink. Once this happens, press the volume and channel down button at the same time. A menu should come on the screen. With your remote, press the up arrow to reach the nest page. The first option should say INIT. Arrow to the right and hit enter. In a few seconds your screen should turn green and say success. Unplug the TV and wait 30 seconds. Plug the set back in and turn on your TV. You can then set your set back the way you want.

I got a universal remote for my sylvania flat screen tv. I was testing the "mode" on the remote and then the next thing I know my tv begins flashing colors red blue green white and I tried to...

I think you accidentally turned on some kinda of test pattern. Try pressing the Input button on the TV itself or the menu button. Sorry that is the best I can do.

PRIMA HT2778P pin-cushioned blue screen - service menu reset needed

Try this one:

1. Unplug your power cord from the box (NOT THE
WALL!)
2. Wait 3-5 min... No more than 5 MIN (very important)
3. Hold down the power and select button at the same time and don’t let go.
4. Have someone plug the power back in… and keep holding the power and select button.
5. Don’t let go until it gets to 0 (it's about 5 min)
6. Once it gets to 0 then it will stop counting down, that when you let go!!
7. Don’t touch anything,
8. The screen will reset and it will go blank. nad that's it

Hope that helps....

Blue Screen w/ sound

I've tried many different things to isolate the problem, the only solution is to manually reset it to factory settings via menu button. If something goes wrong, like the menu button freezes turn off the monitor *Or unplug it, and retry to reset factory settings. Unfortunately you have to do this almost every single time you turn off/on the television.
