Question about KDS Radius RAD-5 15 in. Flat Panel LCD Monitor
I leave my pc on all the time and shut off the monitor screen. the display was scrolling a partial picture with black lines running through it. I rebooted my pc now I have no signal and the power button does not turn the monitor off. Is my monitor shot? I tried calling KDS USA technical support, wasn on hold for 1 1/2 hrs and then got disconnected
My monitor does the same thing at times and sometimes shows "No Signal" and at other times the screen will maintain the images but the backgound color switches to mustard yellow. In each of these cases I have been able to solve the problem by unplugging the power cord from the electical outlet for about three seconds and plugging it back in. I have a KDS model 780 LCD.
