When i download music to my mp3 the computer shows that the music is there but when I go to the audio player it says no files!! Does anyone know what to do?
THE SONGS CANNOT BE SAVED AS A WHOLE FOLDER, ALSO YOU CANNOT SYNC MUSIC TO IT. HERE IS THE SOLUTION; FOLLOW CLOSELY AND YOUR EMATIC 4GB PLAYER WILL FOR SURE WORK.
1) LOCATE YOUR PLAYERS FILE FOLDERS
2) OPEN THE AUDIO FOLDER
3) LOCATE THE SONGS YOU WANT ADDED
4) RIGHT CLICK THE SONGS YOU WANT (ONE AT A TIME )
5) SCROLL DOWN TO COPY, LEFT CLICK ON COPY TO COPY THAT SONG
6) GO BACK TO YOUR AUDIO FOLDER
7) RIGHT CLICK IN THE AUDIO FOLDER
8) SCROLL DOWN TO PASTE, LEFT CLICK ON PASTE
YOU SHOULD SEE YOUR SELECTED SONGS APPEAR. IF YOU FOLLOW THESE DIRECTION YOU ARE FOR SURE TO BE LISTENING TO MUSIC.
YES IT IS A LONG PROCESS, BUT ITS WORTH IT IN THE END!! BESIDES ITS NOT A HI-TECH GADGET. WE BOUGHT IT AT A STEAL, SO LETS DO WHAT WE GOTTA DO TO MAKE THE BEST OF IT!! OVERALL ITS A GREAT PRODUCT.

When you turn on the mp3 player try going to the music option to play a song. the while the in the sng selection window hit the power button one in order to open folder menu for songs, look around the folders for your songs if they don't show up right away go up to the top blank folder and hit play to move higher in the folder hierarchy. there is a folder listed that is named MTPMusic, your songs may be in there and if you go in there and play one song all the songs should appear in music from then on.
Take the music out of the files you have them in and just put them in the main file, its annoying, i know.

This will search your entire computer for WAV files or MP3 files. To convert WAV into MP3, you will need to download a program from the internet that cnverts WAV into MP3 files. Just goto google.com and type in WAV to MP3 converter and should be able to download free converters....

Same problem here. Have paid and transferred music to computer but it is not showing it under AUDIO file on mp3 player. I bought 2 and need to get this fixed for my kiddos.

when i have downloaded my music on my mp3 it shows up on the file on my computer but not on my mp3.
I put my music on the mp3,even tried doing it 1 song at a time,but when i try to play it on the device,it does absolutely nothing.The folders are there but there is no music in them.
I tried the solution posted, but when I open the player from My Computer, there are no audio files listed. I only have a file called "Program" and "RAWDATA" there are no folders titled "audio" in either of those files either.
