I think there may be some problem with your circuit board or it may be due to the over voltage going in.so try to check it.thank you

The TV is on protect mode because an internal fault had been detected.

Try first unplugging th power cord for ten minutes.

Also tell me how many time flashes, this can tell us about the fault.

TV taking a long time to initially turn on after it has been setting. The timer light will flash green for about a minute than the set will turn on.

Change the TV Energy Mode to "Fast Power On" in the Set Up menu if the TV takes an excessively long time to power on. The TV Energy Mode could be set to Low Power.

Flashing green light

Did you try this yet

SYSTEM RESET
If the TV will not respond to either the remote control
or the front panel controls and/or will not power Off,
press the SYSTEM RESET button with a pointed item
like the end point of a paperclip. The TV will turn Off
and the TIMER light will flash quickly for about one
minute. When the TIMER light stops flashing, you may
turn on the TV again. Changes you made the last time
the TV was On before you used the SYSTEM RESET
button may be lost, however, the changes you made
previously are not lost.
POWER/TIMER Indicator
The green light is a multi-function indicator. This light
will flash rapidly for about one minute each time the TV
is plugged into the wall electrical outlet, when power
is restored after a power failure, or using the SYSTEM
RESET button. Do not attempt to turn on the TV again
during this period. Wait for the flashing to stop and
the light to turn off, before attempting to turn the TV
on. While the TV is powered on, the light illuminates
steadily. If the TV has been programmed to turn on
automatically using the Timer feature,

Timer light did not stop flash

Lamp is not the issue. It most likely is a your DM card. You most likely have some capacitors that need to be replaced. This is a terrible issue with this unit. Do a google search for "DM" and the model number and you should see hundreds of posts.

Timer light blinks constantly

Hi,
Is it Mitsubishi WD-52628 TV? please confirm model number.
Unplug TV from AC outlet for couple of minutes, replug back in, turn power ON and check, still same problem?
Lets read error code in TV, press Device and Menu buttons on front of TV at same time for 6 seconds that will activate error code read process. Led will flash in 2 sequence with half second pause. count it and let me know the error code to proceed.
Thanks.

Green light flashes and than goes off for 30 seconds.

If your TV is a Mitsubishi, there is no count actually. You are the victim of the famous "green flashing light" problem. This is resolved by replacing a number of bad capacitors on the "D" board I believe. If you can solder, you may be able to resolve this. Be aware however that some of these caps may be surface mounted which is a more intricate task.

Let me know if you wish to attempt this and I'll provide more details.
