Question about Jazz DV-179 Digital Camera
Alright. this is a sure and definite way to fix that memory full problem. i figured it out myself because i couldnt get any help online or through customer service. what you do is plug your camera into the computer. then when its done loading go to "my computer" and look for the drive. double click that and then it will say its not formatted. you click format it and it will have all the settings already. jjust click the start button and wait for it to finish. once it is done, it will say camera formatted. next, unplug your camera and turn it on. anddd VOILA! it works

Prior to putting in the SD card, please make sure it is unlocked (there is a slide on the side of the card) once it's unlocked, put it into the camera and format it.
You should be good to go. If you still experience problems, please call us at 732-572-7050 and we will put you in touch with a tech associate who will be glad to help!
