I have a very severe back pain and I have found that I sleep better on the air mattresses that are like the Coleman queen size that have two chambers with a connecting piece of plastic or zipper. I stack them with the bottom on being firmer and the top one with a little less air. Man I sleep so much better than I do at home the only reason I haven't replaced my bed at home with them is because my wife won't let me.
People suffering from back pains find sleeping on an air mattress helpful at times. Air mattresses give you the ability to adjust the firmness of your mattress to accommodate you specific needs.
There are many
mattresses advertised for people with back problems. I can understand your frustrations. My husband suffers from severe back
pain. We bought a Tempur-pedic mattress
and it has helped him tremendously. This
does not mean that it will be the best mattress for you though. I suggest speaking first with your
doctor. If you still need some help, do
your homework. I have a found a video
that I will send you on how to buy a mattress if you have back problems - maybe
you will find it helpful.
