You can either buy a replacement diapham for about $75, or buy the unit for about $150 to $250, It is not that difficult to replace the diaphram, just dont aloud the magnet to become off center in other words handle with care.

Have 2 jbl 615 get good base and sub but neither tweeter playing

You will need to determine if it's the amplifiers or the tweeter themselves that are not working. If you open up the cabinets and check each tweeter with an ohm meter for continuity it will show if the tweeters are working, in which case the amp is the problem. if the meter shows that the tweeters are blown, you should still hook up another tweeter or speaker to the horn amp to see if it's blown and therefor took out the tweeters.
If any of this sounds complicated, you'd be best off taking the cabinets to the repair shop.

Jbl eon 1500 horn tests good 3.9 to 4.2 dc restance but will not work

You have probably blown a light bulb in the SonicGuard circuit. You will have to take the cabinet apart to check it.

I have two JBL MRX 515 speakers at 8 ohnms and two behringer bins at 300 watts 4 ohms running off a behringer EP4000 amp, would this be ok ? and not casue any damage to the speakers

Register and download the manual for free at retrevo.com

It's ohm's law, dude. 1/a + 1/b = 1/total. One each 8- and 4-ohm speaker in parallel per channel would be 2.7 ohms (nominal). So it will work in theory.

How you manage the potential difference in volume between dissimilar speakers on the same amp channel is a mystery.

Distortion will kill any speaker, not power. Stay within the amp's usable range.

I got a jbl sub 136 200 watts subwoofer , thinking about repairing so i put new speaker in still messed up , looks like circuit board may be toast , is it worth repairing and where can i get parts

Have you checked the Impedence of the old speaker. If you can measure to below 8ohms you need not replace the speaker. Check with proper LFe signal at input of your amp. Also check for power indications before going further.

Have a PSW-D112 sub woofer that needs a new amp. Repair facility says original amp took a catastrophic power surge and it's toasted. JBL says repair parts not available. Please advise on source for...

Go to Parts Express and buy the Bash 300w digital subwoofer amp.It fits almost exact except it is one inch shorter.Just use mdf to fill the space and this amp will outperform the original.I have done this and it's not really difficult, pretty straight forward.
They usually sell for around $149,but they have sales often around $99.Good luck.
