Question about Logitech QuickCam for Notebooks Pro Personal Web Camera
I have the notebook cam and it used to be working perfectly but now, for some reason, the sound is not working. What I mean is that it is not recording sound. Does this mean it is broken and I have to buy a new one? Or is there something I can do to fix it? Thank you very much. Ken
Sometimes, when you install the driver, you have to enable the sound within the cam software. Also right click on your speaker icon in taskbar on right hand side and and click properties, then advanced in next window and ensure the Mic volume is not too low or muted.
