after you are signed into ebay & you go to MY EBAY & look in the purchase history to see if the item is there
if it not contact the seller to see what is wrong, the seller may have to send another

this is why paypal sucks!!! i had to use a prepaid debt card just in this happen to me and it did. i refused to pay for something that i did not order so they closed my paypal account. there is one with this ebay owns paypal or is it paypal owns ebay, and if there is a sellers that only take paypal then you may never be able to buy anything on ebay again. used to be to search for items that do not use paypal, but that has changed with people bidding on items and not paying for them!
you may also want to to see if there is a "auto-proxy" bidding setting that might be enabled. the fees from ebay and paypal are way too high!! hope this helped!

I think the problem may lie with your browser, for a qiuck fix, download google chrome or firefox browser and try through one of them.

There is actually a link (often with the paypal badge) when you go to check out on ebay. When you click on the paypal option it will take you to a page where you log into your paypal account and approve the amount and add your shipping information for the seller.

The nice thing about using PayPal when you purchase on Ebay is the fact that PayPal offers a Buyer Protection service that protects you in case the seller is not legit.

login your paypal and go to resolution center

The easiest way to do it is to click on the link from your winning bidder email you get from eBay. It should send you into the payment flow. If you still can't pay, then something else is wrong.

speed bump is a paying issue of paypal and ebay. there are times that this is experienced when you are paying for an ebay item when you are using paypal to pay for it.

you can try clearing the cache and cookies of your computer or use another browser. if that wont help, it is best to contact ebay so that they can check it for you..
