I Have a bush lcd37tv016hd, when i turn the TV on i get sound but no picture.
after a while of leaving on if i switch it onto stand by and back on, i get the picture back. (this sometimes has to be repeated several times and can take over 30 min to work.).
sometimes, i'll get the picture back and straight away picture fades up to the top left corner.

Sounds like main power supply regulator fault. If the DC voltage comes out from it is abnormal, this kind of strange fault/s can occur. Contact any service technician.

Hi.i had exactly the same problem with my bush 37 inch lcd tv and i took it to a friend of mine who is a t.v electrician he said it was a component in the back of the tv which he replaced and its now working fine.
if yo know how to solder , re solder your tv, second adjust the IF transformer by using the plastic or wood stick. IF transformer is looks like a cube made of metal with an adjustment screw at the top. try to adjust it and observe what happen.
