Question about HP DeskJet F380 All-In-One Printer
Yes its definately the power board issue in your printer.as its gone short in any of its part.and it is very had to find a repair person for this power boards.and the replacement boards r available at servicenters but they r also costly near to $50.as per the advise i will suggest you to go for the new printer instead of replacing the board,but if u find a repair person pleasde give it a try as reparing will be very much cheaper that replacement.
