Wrong way round, YOU tell us the model number and type and we tell you where to get the shade. You can see the fan in your house, but we can't. That makes it really difficult for us. Some shades are plain, some are fluted, some have patterns.
All is not lost though. Go here and take your pick. They all sell them including Harbour Breeze themselves..

Throw it away and buy a new one for 20 box at Wal-Mart. It's as simple as that cause to fix it, it'll take a new machine which cost twice the price. I think they made it to last one summer max. Friendly yours
The colors of the wires in the Harbor Breeze ceiling fan kits tell you
what their functions are. The black wire is hot for the fan, the white
is a common wire for both the fan and the light kit, green is ground and
blue is hot for the light kit. locate the black and blue wires from the ceiling fan and connect them
to the black wire inside the electrical junction box by twisting an orange
wire connector onto all three wires. Locate the white wire from the
ceiling fan and the white wire from the junction box and attach the two
wires together with a wire connector. Connect the bare copper wire onto
the green wire from the ceiling fan mounting bracket by twisting an
orange wire connector onto the two wires. Push all wiring inside the
electrical box. good-day !
turn power off to fan, and replace the pull chain switch. you can buy a switch at any hardware store. but take old one to get the right one for your fan. sometimes wal-mart may have one. good-day ! maybe the chain just broke. if this is the case, then just replace the chain if need be.MAKE SURE POWER TO FAN IS OFF WHILE CHANGING SWITCH !
Hampton bay is owned by home depot and to the best of my knowledge there are no repair centers for hampton bay fans. That bracket can be purchased (or ordered) from home depot. You could try searching "king of fans" online, they manufacture hampton bay fans for home depot.
Skill, patience, preseverance, and experience. You ned to cut and strip the wires so they "just fit" into the space provided leading to the connectyion screws. no room for stuffing , and no extra wiggle room for and bends or kinks .. You mightb try mounting the wires and then pushing the extra wire back up intio the ceiling junction box, thats what I do.
I'm pretty sure that home depot does sell remotes for that brand, although you may have to buy a new receiver to go with it. Otherwise try a lighting store near where you live. They seem to be able to order things like that.
did you check the circuit breaker to see if its tripped?im assuming the voltage rating of the wires your decribing are 110 volts and the fan likewise.the white wire could possibly be a neutral wire, meaning you should hook up the red and black wire.let me know
