TYpically just reboot the phone.
Probably phone needs cleaning up.
Download 360 from play store.
Run all the clean up and antivirus, and especially the app remover.
Check for apps you dont use or didnt know you downloaded and get rid of them.

I was used norton 360 so what is the problem if i down load avira

The problem is that you cant have 2 antivirus sofware running at the same time. Also Norton 360 will ERASE Avira just so their own antivirus will properly work. If you want them to work together and not at the same time beacause it can make the pc lock up, you can install 360 first then (hopefully) your Avira installation will not erase 360 when you install it. If this does not work, then you have to choose which to go on. If you trust Avira, then use it

If you Trust Norton 360 then you cant install Avira

Hope this helps

There are total 29 spyware, trojan rougeand adware viruses in the pc software.how ican get rid of all these please .product is window vista.hp pavilion intel core 2 quad processor

You gave no mention of anti spyware or antivirus programs.

You need to reboot your computer in safe mode (F8) as it is starting.

Once in Safe Mode, run your antispyware, antivirus and antimalware programs. then restart in normal mode and run them again.

If you have none of these programs, try:

Advance system Care
- anti spyware
AVG AntiVirus
Security 360 - anti malware, trojans

good luck

How do i get rid of a virus. i norton on my

Hi !
I think easiest way to get over the problem is to uninstall 360 and reinstall it. You can use Reveo uninstaller(Free software) to uninstall it will give you chance to get rid of registery entries for 360. Use moderate settings.
you can download software from following URLhttp://www.revouninstaller.com/uninstaller_help_page.html

Hope this helps.
Thanks!

Norton 360

Hi Sheba,

Yes you can load norton 360 on your new pc. If you have all the license codes, just remove the trial version from your new pc and installed the full version of 360. To uninstall you can either go to control panel -> add remove programs and select the nortan trial software. Or you can find an installation's link under the program list. Hope this helps.

Norton 360 has the entire norton protection suite built into it. On top of the firewall, phishing protection, and e-mail protection it also has norton antivirus built right into it. So yes, you have to uninstall antivirus to install 360, but 360 just installs antivirus again. If you ever decide to go back to using just antivirus you can simply redownload it off their web site.
