Question about Kodak EasyShare C330 Digital Camera
it looks it get a bit a serious problem. When i start the kodak easy share software to transmit pictures from the C330 the green progress status in the right corner occure just for a second and is then away. The pictures get not transmit to the computer. My connection is the usb-cable from kodak. The cam is ok and works without problems.
Maybe its a software problem? Maybe a .dll file is missed?
After the deinstalling of a program the transmiting doesnt work out. In other forum i found a similar problem. The deinstalling killed some .dll files. But after i installed the msvcrt.dll the problem is still ongoing. Get anyone a idea what could help to transmit the pictures from the cam to the computer? Merci!
Consider NOT connecting your camera to your computer.
The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.
Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program such as Picasa.

SOURCE: Maximun SD Storage card size
I have a Kodak C340 and had the same problem. I was about to take it to the shop and tryed putting a smaller SD card in the camera and it worked. I tryed to use a 1gb card and it would not work the 512mb works just fine. Hope this is helpful.

Try removing the memory card and the battery
Then power on the camera w/o the memory card
Then if the same problem persist try formatting the internal memory
If Problem Still persist you could call 1 800 235 6325 op 12 then op 2 your camera might be needing repair
