Question about Canon BJC 55 InkJet Printer
I have a 7-year-old Canon BJC-55 printer. This morning it refused to accept printing instructions from my Mac OS X, ejecting the paper after giving every indication of starting printing, followed by one beep then a orange error light (not flashing) and a green flashing light. I have used this printer with my Mac for the last year without any problems. I also use the printer with an old PC Windows 98, and I tested it on the PC and the printer still works fine with that, so it would appear not to be an internal problem with the printer. Should I perhaps try reinstalling the software in the Mac?
Thank you very much. Denise.
If the CHARGE/ERROR light is remain on orange with beep 1 times,
it mean the paper is not properly set in the feed slot, just remove the paper and reload it properly.
If the POWER light is flashing green, that mean your print job is not finish yet.
