Question about D-Link AirPlus G Wireless Range Extender DWL-G710 (dwlg710) Repeater
Firstly I would check you have the latest firmware installed. Please note if your hardware is not listed it does not mean it CAN'T be repeated, it just hasn't been tested.

Check whether the network adapter RJ45 is plugged in properly and the check the router signal is sent properly
