Format your Flash Drive after backing up your data using this tool,
This will format the drive in RAW file system. After doing format using this tool, perform a general format in windows by going to disc management. In disc management, select FAT or FAT32 as file system based on the capacity of your flash drive. IF it is upto 2 GB format using FAT and if more than that format using FAT32.
