Sounds like a corrupted file in windows. A reformat will fix this most likely..

How do i go about accessing my images, music on galsxy s2 via pc

When you connect your cell phone with the supplied USB cable and then connect it to your computer's USB port the computer should detect the cell phone as an USB storage device which you can then open to download to your computer. It this does not work then -
If your photos are stored on the memory card, then removethe memory card from the camera and insert it into an USB memory card reader.Connect this USB memory card reader and memory card into the USB port of yourworking computer. Your computer will see this as an USB mass storage device oran external storage device, you can then open the folder on the memory card andcopy the photos to your computer.

Computer Won't Recognize Device

If your trying to connect a device via usb to your computer and it isn't being recognized; The best thing to do is go the manufacture's website of the device, look under download or support tab and download the latest version of the driver

The driver is what lets the computer recognize the device.

Download the driver, then double-click on the file so it will install itself on your computer. Once the driver is installed, restart pc, turn on your device and finally connect your cable.

You can try two things.
1. Download Kies the software to be used for file transfer in samsung...install that connect the device..it will recognize it.then you can move the pictures to the computer

2. Go to settings inside the phone....check pc connectivity there and select mass storage.
so now when to connect th phone the computer will recognize the phone as external mass storage device..simply go to my computer and then open there

I Using Like USB Storage ,After my Use i done Antivirus Scan then Not apparing And not working Only Blinking Light

Reboot your pc. Check again.
If it's still not working, check if your hardware is recognized: [Windows] Right click on My Computer (on your desktop or in your start menu), then properties. Go to device manager Check if your USB stick is located under USB devices.
If its recognized, check if there is a switch on the hardware itself it that locks it.
[ONLY FOR ADVANCED USERS]: If there is no lock as mentioned above, try to re-initialize the partition using the disk management: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc782513(WS.10).aspx

I wany to know how to take picks off my computer and put picks on my android 2.2 xps m1530 dell lap top

To transfer pictures from your computer to your Android 2.2 device, connect the Android device to the computer by the USB cable. This should pop up a "USB connected" message. Click the Turn on USB storage on the Android device. If this doesn't show up, you might have to pull down the top notification bar on the android device and select "USB connected" first.

Once you choose to turn on USB storage, you will get a message asking you to confirm, as it can cause running applications to crash if they need to use the SD card. Select OK once you have confirmed you have no running applications that need the SD card.

After a few seconds your computer should have recognized it and pop up a message asking you how you want to use the device. Select view folder. If it doesn't pop up, you can always go to My Computer and open the drive named after your Android device.

To copy the files simply drag them from their current folder to the folder you want them to be in on your Android device. Please pay attention to the symbol on the file icon as you drag, as depending on system settings you might be either moving or copying the files. Shift and Ctrl will toggle this setting to the other one before you release the mouse while holding them.

Please leave feedback if this was helpful. Thanks.

Usb device not recognize

You mentioned that you uninstalled the unknown device from the Device manager. If you uninstall it then connected your usb flash drive you will see an error again on your device manager. This means that the driver for your usb port is not properly installed.

To install it, visit dell website, look for the model of your machine and locate the driver, download it then install from your machine.

USB device not recognized

This solution worked for me when I got the USB device not recognized message:
http://www.infobarrel.com/USB_Port_Repair
It can be quite frustrating. I've heard that older computers are more likely to have the USB device not recognized message.

I suppose this can be a security measure to block all storage device if its in office premises , if the same happens in home then you will be running an antivirus in which you need to enable the access .
