Philips 42PFL7603D/10 won't turn on flashes red 4 times slowly then red 6 times quickly

This is an indication of error codes for defects inside the TV. In order to ensure this is not caused by some erratic signal to system IC, switch off TV manually, Switch off power and remove plug and wait for 48 hours and retry. If it does not work even then, the TV might need service.

My panasonic 50pz80ba Plasma TV sometimes fails to turn and and the flashing green light suddenly turns red and flashes slowly. If I leave it for a while sometimes hours it switches on normally?

I'm pretty sure you have power fault with your tv. You should check the power mainboard to see if there are inflated electrolytic capacitors, they need to replace with new ones according to the type and position.

My olevia 42 in power doesnot come on. blue light was on when I pushed power to turn on tv. Blue light went out but tv did not come on. Blue light didn't not come back on. Television was working good. I...

You may be aware that Olevia is bankrupt and apparently Emerson bought the leftovers and is offering service but no parts sales.
I found this thread discussing antoher model's various problems but I believe your power supply has likely failed.
Olevia thread
If it is the type of failure related to the switched-mode power supply, these can be repaired by a properly equipped tech; I've done hundreds of them while still in business (which I am no longer).

My laptop acer extensa 5420 doesnot turn on. The power switch light went i hit the on/off switch?

Sounds like the motherboard. Take the cover off the tower and when turning your computer on inside there is a green light and if it goes to an orange light and stays flashing the motherboard needs replaced

Well my mom was watching tv and it just shut off so then my mom turned it back on thinking she might have hit the power button accidentally. But when she turns it on it started blinking the green light for...

The flashing light red power light should only stay while the fan cool down for about 1 minute after a power off (remember to always wait before unplugging the TV so the lamp can cool down with the fan). Does that flashing start right away after plugging back the TV after an hour of letting it without AC power.

The red light should flash no longer than 10 sec. This prepare the light to be turned on. If all is OK the green should stay (no longer flashing) and the sound and picture come on.

As for the lamp flashing, i bet it's only 1 time each 5 sec? Or do it group many rapid flash each 5 sec?

Things that can be wrong:
-the fan lamp

-the lamp is not proprely inserted (wait an hour before manipulating it to be sure it cooled down, and use glove to not put body oil on it).

-Lamps is defective and is not operating properly so you can't get to the usual on screen message that recommend to change the lamp.

Won't turn on..

Take off the the battery and connect the cable to your pc, and put it on, if it works this means the battery is died, if it doesnot come on try to use another charger, it seems the charger doesnot give enough power for your laptop.

Planar XP17W 17"

The power supply ballast board has 5 1000uf, 16 volt capacitors that fail(you will likely see them swelling, or leaking), These are common cap's.

This can either cause the backlight to not work at all, light temporarily, or display no picture, but still give you sound.
