normal videos or movies can not be played on this player, video needs to be converted to a format that works with your player, please read the user manual, the software for the conversion should have came on a cd, might be inside the memory of the player or possibly available at the samsung website.
again read the manual for instructions on how to transfer convert and play video.
go to settings, then 'user button mode' and choose 'Play Mode'
then play any song n press the 'user' button which is next to the 'play/pause' button n you'll find the 'shuffle' which has a picture of 2 arrows crossing each other together with the letter "F" next to it. :)
Hold Down The M (Menu button) Scroll down to settings, select play mode. Exit out of he menu, press the user button until the squiggly cross with the A appears. Whalaaa you're in shuffle Mode. I hope this was a detailed solution.
Just find the songs details, and unclick skip when shuffle!! OR Windows media player 10 and 11, are almost the same, I use both, and I don't really know the difference. Go to start, click contrl panel, then change or remove programmes. Go to windows media player 11, and press delete! It won't delete it, it will change it back to windows media 10!!
