There is water in the bottom of the dishwasher as well. it wont drain away.
Hi and welcome to FixYa,
Offhand, error message "ND" refers to "No Drain"
and therefore would require that the drain system be checked, cleaned
and inspected for any faulty components. Normally, there would be a
drain filter, a sump or sorts, a valve, an impeller and a pump that
leads to the drain hose. Access to these components would be through
removal of the bottom/kick panel. Further the presence of water at the
bottom of the dishwasher indicates that the water is not being
flushed/drained out but is leaking from any of the above.
Unfortunately, this is a very messy job.
Good luck and Thank you for using FixYa. Happy Holidays.

Usually answered in minutes!
My dishwasher was flashing of so I dismantled all the filter area and cleaned it. Then I laid in on its side and upside down for 1/2 hour. I reassembled it and it restarted.
I then found a small white cap thay may or may not belong somewhere in the machine.
About 10 minutes into the cycle the machine stopped. It has water in the bolltom and was displaying nd I think. Please help
