I have a proplem with my phone .. i just was using the phone in a friendly way and then the software was so lazy and slow so i thought it's because of memory card but it wasn't full ...
then the left soft key didn't work after a while the 0,5,7,9,"NO" wasn't working too ...
my brother suggested to format it and i did after that the software was pretty fast and the keys back to work again but very fast one click give me a double click effect and then later the keys gone mad again and the same keys didn't back to work again ...
i turned it off and the lockcode is required but the leftsoft key didn't work ... :(
please tell me how to solve it and i guess it's a software proplem ...

I am not sure if this will help but here goes anyway. I assume you immediately removed the phone from the toilet when it fell in. Here is what I did in a similar circumstance. My wife once dropped her car keys and remote in the toilet while she was at work. Once she got home, I opened the unit up and using a hair dryer carefully dried off the printed circuit board. I then replaced the battery. The remote is still working today. Good luck! Whether this works out for you or not you should tell your Mom about it. Accidents do happen - my guess is she will understand.
This can be caused because of many different reasons, most probably you are using the device for a long time now, and windows is now overfilled, of course not because of the user. You can try to uninstall some software from your main memory especially, or you can try to use some third party software to clean your device's memory. But the most effective and the easiest way to speed up your PDA is resetting it to factory default settings (meaning a hard reset). But when you do that, all your personal data & software will be gone, so if you want to consider this option, you should backup all your important data & software using a backup software either to a storage card or your PC. To hard reset the device: (You'll notice the speed up after you do a hard reset easily, since you device's system will be new as the first day)
Hold down the two soft keys and use stylus reset button on bottom at teh same time. It's a little fussy and may take a few tries. Try to push all 3 at same time and let go of all 3 at the same time.I hope this helps.
Had the same problem with Z10 and a Nokia 3310. I got around it by backing up the memory card, then inserting in the phone and using "Format Card" option. It then puts on the required file structure and you can copy back the files to the relevant folders.
