Go to the HP web site and download the software. Choose whether you have the 32-bit or 64-bit OS here: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&lang=en&os=219]&product=439488 and click Next. The driver will be the first option and the second link will let you order a new CD with the drivers. If you plugged in the USB cable before before installing the software, you should uninstall the generic driver and then unplug the USB cable before installing the software.

I installed new cartriges, but my printer keeps giving me an error msg, Ink system has failed. Unable to copy, receive faxes, or print. Refer to printer documentation. Error: Oxc18a0206. What do I do now?
To fix this you have to reinstall the software, then reboot your computer.
I did that, and the printer alignment function worked fine for a while, then I started getting the same problem again, possibly after I had installed other software not related to the printer -- I don't really know.
In any event, it's doing the same thing again, so I just "cancel" the alignment and continue to use the printer. My prints are fine.
