Question about Epson Stylus CX3200 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Here is the link for the product information guide (user manual)if you need it; http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/support/supDetail.jsp?BV_UseBVCookie=yes&infoType=Doc&oid=14082&prodoid=24875245 page 11 for epsons answer. if the product is under warranty (details on same link) then best to contact them. If out of warranty, if you wish then try to push the carriage to one end or other gently by hand (turn off first) you will be able to see if the toothed belt and it's pulleys move normally, if you are able to push it all the way to the side, see if this solves the problem, checking if it is catching on anything. else i suspect the drive motor or one of it's gears is to blame, which is probably best replaced by an authorised service centre. although on the uk epson site they don't show support for your model, contact them for local service facilities http://www.epson.co.uk/ Hope this helps :)
