Question about Samsung HCN529W 52" Rear Projection Television
I have a Samsung rear projection TV and it is 5 years old this month. A few months ago it started having wavy lines that come and go. When they appear, the are constantly changing directions. Do you have any suggestions? My email address is JolieSmith2001@yahoo.com .
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Unplug for 30 seconds from it's power source and then try it again. If that doesn't work, call Samsung for further troubleshooting and have your model number and serial number handy. Please be prepared to tell them how long the line is.

My Samsung DLP is having the same problem. Not sure what to do, but I will contact my warranty place for the second time. Hopefully they'll fix it. Any other suggestions?

I unplugged the TV and now the picture is back.I read that the LCD's are vunerable to static build up so unless my daughter is using her TV I unplug it.
I was thinking about getting a large LCD for the family room but I'm not going to until they improve on this technology.
Good luck to everyone!.
