Question about Coby MP-C831 MP3 Player
Everytime I plug it into the computer an hourglass shows up on the MP3 Player and I cannot turn the player off or download anysongs onto it. It just say Coby and nothing else when I cut it on but I can't cut it off.
Try this, uninstall ALL software and Drivers to do with the Player. Reboot. Then reinstall all the software and drivers again, then plug in ya player into ANY OTHER USB port and it should be detected and work.. If not.. its repair/replacement time :(
