Why do I constantly hear ringing in my ears? What can I do to stop it?

Well i dont know if i have any good suggestions but ive been experiencing the same thing and i think im going to try going to the health store and getting a candle that takes all the ear wax out maybe it will help i dont know but it sure is driving me crazy. if you have found anything that has worked please post it

ear candle didn't help mine, fan running all night at your head sucks. i thought about the ice pick, bu thought too messy.
i' ve heard a testimony of a herb you can ingest that helps but i am not sure what it is. does anyone know?

When i have my ipod listening to music i cannot hear the ringing. :-)

If it is as bad as mine was you can poke an icepick in your ear and it will go away forever. Hope this helps. kakcando@hotmail.com

if you have trouble sleeping cause of it, just put on a semi loud fan. that will drown out the ringing
