Question about Sony VAIO PCG-TR3AP1 Notebook
Hard drive light off. When I hit the power on button nothing happens. I have two of these computers so I switched batteries and checked power supply and everything works on the other computer. Should I repair this locally or send it back to Sony. What is wrong.
If it's still under warranty I'd send it to Sony. If not, it may be better to get it fixed locally. It's easier to have a face to face conversation and explain exactly what is going on. From what you've told us, it sounds like the power circuit on the mother board is bad.
Hope things go well for you on this one.
