Question about HP LaserJet 3050 All-In-One Printer

HP laserjet 3050 prints skewed vertically

My HP laserjet 3050 does not print square to the top of the page. Usually the left side is lower than the right, and is especially noticeable when printing checks. I tried cleaning the mylar (though access is difficult) and making sure the paper width adjustments are not loose, but the problem persists. Great printer otherwise.

250-sheet input tray (tray 1)
The input tray holds up to 250 pages of 80 g/m2 or 20 lb paper or fewer pages of heavier media
(25 mm (0.9 inch) or less stack height). Load media with the top forward and the side to be printed
facing down. To prevent jams and skewing, always adjust the side and rear media guides.
NOTE When you add new media, make sure that you remove all of the media from the input
tray and straighten the stack of new media. This helps to prevent multiple sheets of media
from feeding into the all-in-one, which can cause jams.

Hope this helps if not you may have a registration roller problem.

My HP Laserjet 3050 frequently pauses when I try to prints PDF documents, but everything else seems allright. This is causing a problem and when the printer is trying to load the document it is like it...

When you select your printer from Acrobat you need to click on the advanced tab on the lower left of the print driver window and set it to print as graphic. This will speed up printing dramatically.

WHEN TAKING A COPY , IN LASERJET 3050, A VERTICAL BLACK LINE APPEARS IN THE CENTRE OF THE COPY.

If this doesn't appear when printing from computer and olny when copying or faxing, it means that the scanner glass has a spot on it. Please refer to the manual on how to clean the glass window, or go to this page on HP support site to view an image on how to do it:

When I scan there is a vertical line on the left side of the page on all the docs. 8.5 x 11 HP Laserjet 3050

You have white out or something on the glass. The top of the machine will open up about 30 degrees. Look at the glass and you should see something on it. clean it.

HP Laserjet 3330 printed dark page especially around the middle

Does this happen both when copying and printing?
For printing solution, try another toner cartridge.
If lines continue to appear when copying (primarily through the automatic feeder) then lift the auto feeder, and clean the glass -mainly the narrow piece on the left side.

please rate solution :)

HP 3050 vertical black lines during fax

OK, from the desciption i can assume several things here are some option.
If by receipt you are talking about the confirmation the unit prints the the problem is likely dirty glass.
You would also get the lines when you make a copy using the ADF.
Open the lid there are two areas of glass the thin strip is likely dirty and needs to be cleaned.

If by receipt you mean pages you receive from someone else, and not printed or copied on your machine, then their machine has the condition described above.

If everything has the lines then you have a toner or fuser problem:
This is the test to determine toner or fuser issue.
Print a test page
When you hear the paper feed into the machine open the top to stop the machine
Remove the toner cart.
You should be able to see the page with printing on it. (This is before the page hits the fuser)
If you can see the smudge or marks on the page the problem is most likely the cartridge but NOT the fuser.
If the page is clean the problem is most likely the fuser.
Hope this helps

HP Laserjet 3050 blank print

Have you tried a new toner cartridge? Usually blank pages are due to a missing bias voltage to, or in the cartridge.

How to adjust the top margin of my print out ?
I need to do some adjustment and my New HP 3050 printer is not cooperating. Usually,I enter info to my Microsoft Excel ,later print it out. I need the words to print at exact places because I need to fill info into forms.
A regular task I had been doing with my old printer but the
HP 3050 printing just can't be instructed to do the same.
