No sound on tv after watching a movie

The av receiver was working and we had sound while watching a movie, however after the movie when we tried to watch our normal television channls again the sound did not work. Its as if the receiver converted to another mode for watching the dvd but did not convert back to the mode it should be in for television. Now there is no sound at all when we watch tv. Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Dvd player dvd does not show on tv screen

swop the TV back over to what ever you use for watching TV i.e.........HDMI 1 / HDMI 2 / AV 1 / DTV / etc.
Use the AV or SOURCE button on the TV's Remote, not your receivers remote or SKY remote.

Sound Problems with JVC AV-35BP4 TV

The audio output stage for the speakers may have failed in the TV set. If the set has an earphone jack, it is also possible that the jack has a fault (very rare, but I have seen this).

Are there external speaker outputs to try other speakers?

DVD movies do not play

A blue screen means the TV is not receiving a video signal. Check all connections, then try another player, cable, etc. Also, check DVD and TV AV settings.
