Question about LG DLG5988 Stainless Steel Gas Dryer
How do I get to the gas works where I have to convert out new dryer to LP...I already have the new nozzle. Thx.. Mr D
Mr. D, make sure you have a little time, you have to remove a few things. 1. Remove the 3 screws in back which hold the top on. Slide the top back and lift off. 2. Remove the two screws on each end of the control panel frame. (inside). Disconnect the control panel harness, pull up and foward, place aside. Remove the 4 screws on the top of the front cover, disconnect the harness for the door switch and it should pull foward. Now I believe you can get at the gas valve on the lower right. Make sure to reverse the limiter as well as putting on the new orfice. If you need any further help, e mail me at email@example.com Will be home this evening. Catriver.

I just did this, but there's no 'limiter' to reverse. I've seen this on a stove, but not on the dryer.
It's not igniting, no heat at all

Try calling your gas supplier if you need to ask you should not even try.

I start the dryer and it makes a horrible noise like the berrings (SP) are out...also the sensor does not work...the clothes are wet when the machine goes off...
