New frigidare wont cool

-   My Frigidaire side by side frig ice maker started to make a loud drilling sound yesterday. When I opened the freezer door I saw that the ice maker had produced too much ice to the point that the ice maker arm/full indicator was stuck. The model # is: PHSC39EESS1. This blog is the only one that lists this issue of the flashing e and f in the temperature display. We have shut off the frig and reset the alerts multiple times. We will now unplug it and see if that works. The only resolution that I've gotten from Frigidaire is to call a repair shop. Glad I spent close to $2k on a frig that has such a ridiculous design flaw.
