Rca rtb1100 won't turn on

first try to disassemble and clean with hot or compressed air.then try resolder the whole pcb specially power supply and output stage and try.
not fixed their is wrong with circuits.go to the technician.

not likely the remote is the issue as set has a manual on off button as well.
