PHONE WORKS WITH HEADSET PLUGGED IN BUT NOT WHEN UNPLUGGED
WHEN I UNPLUG MY HEADSET MY HANDSET MAKES A CLICKING NOISE AND CHOPS UP WHAT THE PERSON ON THE OTHER END OF THE PHONES VOICE. SOMETIMES I CAN HALFWAY PULL OUT HEADSET AND HANDSET WILL WORK BUT THIS IS ONLY SOMETIMES.

What model or Blackberry do you have? What os are you running on your phone? Check by going to settings/options then status.

- Ok, it is an issue with 4.2 OS. you will have to upgrade the device to 4.5. Visit www.blackberry.com/btsc for instructions on how to do this.Yes
