I get three blinking yellow lights and one green light then it repeats on my I9900. I can't print

Are you looking at the blinking lights under the cartridges? I presume you have replaced them with new ones? When ink is low it lets you print with warnings, but when the cartridge is empty it will stop you printing all together to prevent you damaging the machine.

Canon i9900 wont print, light keeps flashing green to yellow

Good Day,
Have you tried software update? According to this article, http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3669#epson, it says Canon has updated it's drivers via Software Update.
OR
f possible, spray some Windex in the heads and let it sit for, oh, 10-15 minutes. Then try to print. Any dried ink guck will be dissolved by the Windex.

New logic board installed cant install driver

After installing a new i9900 logic board, you *must* configure the destination country setting. The default setting is probably for Japan (PIXUS 9900i):

1. With the printer powered off, hold down the resume button and press the power button.

2. While holding down the power button, release the resume button and press the resume button two times. Now release the power button. The LED will blink green and remain lit in green. You are now in Service Mode.

3. Press the resume button 5 times to get to Model Setting mode. The LED will turn orange. Then press the resume button two times to set the model number to i9900 (LTR). Press the power button once to lock in this setting and turn off the printer.
