SHOWS MESSAGE DEVICE NOT COMPATIBLE

It seems that your printer cartridge is not proper for for MP600 or cartridge is not properly installed or it's installed to wrong position. Check manual the right positions for each cartridge and right codes for each cartridge. You can load manuals here http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/support/consumer/printers_multifunction/pixma_mp_series/pixma_mp600#BrochuresAndManuals

your problem is with your cartridges.. there are canon printers which can operate with only the colored cartridge is installed. in your case, the black cartridge is the one that i suspect that has a problem.. try to replace your black cartridge. Hope to be of help.

I have put compatable ink cartridges in my printer and a message comes up

Lexmark does not recommend the use of refilled, re-manufactured or clone cartridges. Not only that you might not get the print quality you expect from ink that is specially formulated by Lexmark but you'll never know if the cartridge will actually work with your printer or harm your printer.
I highly recommend that you replace your compatible cartridges with genuine Lexmark cartridges to get the best printing results.

Epson DX7450 won't recognise compatible cartridges

This is a common problem and is caused by faulty or missing chips onthe compatible cartridges. You will need to get them replaced otherwise the printer will not operate. Contact the vendor where you bought them from and ask for repalcements or a refund.

I have installed new cartridges in a Canon Pixma MP450 . After I week I got a message to say that the color cartridge was not recognised . Please advise

not all print cartridges are compatible with any printer. You must make sure that BOTH cartridges you bought are compatible with the printer.

Says "Cartridge Not Compatible", but it's the right cartridge

Your printer uses ALL cartridges for printing anything. Replace all of them with GENUINE HP cartridges.

Dell 810 All-In-One InkJet Incompatible Ink Cartridge error message

Well, first off ,it's dell's fault, not yours. Even Official Dell cartridges are temperamental at best. The cartridge error you are explaining is common with Dells. They even have what's called a marriage issue, meaning the cartridge will work in only one single printer. However, I'm not sure how to fix it. Sometimes, you can install a new one and the other cartridge you never touched gives you fits, and goofs up. I'd say get a new printer. Dell is increasingly getting more stingy with their ink, and truth be told, I don't think their quality (*lexmark makes dell, so stay away from them too) matches HP or canon. If you want the best cost per page, get a canon that has individual ink cartridges. They are easy to refill, and print a great picture. You pay more $$ up front, but you'll save a ton in the long run
