Have you contacted the Everest and Jennings Power Wheelchair company? Surely they would have something. I checked on eBay and found nothing in the way of owners manuals, but there are some medical supply companies who sell on eBay that I have purchased several items for my special needs daughter. A company is a separate legal entity company can hold assets in own name, and company can file suits on third parties on Company's name so by the above provision concluding that a shareholder bank account will not be used for the company purpose he must create a another bank account for the company.
