There is a problem with your battery. You'll probably need a new one.

Tip

Dell Portable Battery LED flashes Orange 4 times then Green once

This LED flash pattern, Orange, Orange, Orange, Orange, Green (Repeats) indicates a internal failure of the Battery. Pressing the charge indicator button on the battery (If equipped) will give a 1 3 5 LED on indication which also indicates a failure in the battery.
The battery may still function, but at less than optimal performance and will have a progressively shorter functional life until it dies.
The only way to resolve the issue is to replace the battery.
