Question about Computers & Internet
I have a new HP a6644p computer that came with an HP w1907 LCD monitor. When I try to load the monitor driver software that came with the unit I get the following message, ''Windows encunterd a problem insstalling the driver software for your device. Access is denied''
"Access is denied" is the key here. It sounds like your login in windows does not allow you the privileges for that installation. Try logging in as an administrator and re-installing. One thing bothers me though, if this was purchased as a system, why would you need to install drivers? that should have been pre-installed.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
