For information regarding Error 1324 or 1304, we recommend viewing the Microsoft Knowledge Base article 242913 that deals with this specific error code. Even though the article is specific to Microsoft Works, the information is applicable to Logitech products because they use the same installer as Microsoft products.

We have timing problems with Active Setup and folder redirection.
